You're responsible for the entries you add and for any wheel you publish to a link. Don't publish content that harasses someone, infringes someone else's rights, or breaks the law where you are.

The site is provided as-is. Features that depend on our servers — accounts, cloud saving, short links — can be unavailable without notice; current state is on the status page. The spinner itself runs in your browser and keeps working regardless.

If you run a prize draw, that draw is yours, not ours. We don't act as promoter, escrow or arbiter, and we can't reconstruct a past result — nothing about a spin is recorded on our servers.
