What people use the wheel for
- Picking which student answers the next question.
- Choosing who speaks first in the daily standup.
- Drawing a winner for a raffle or a giveaway.
- Settling where the team is going for lunch.
- Picking the first task when the to-do list is too long to start.
How to use it
Type one entry per line in the box next to the wheel, then click the wheel to spin. The winner appears in a dialog — remove them from the list if you're drawing more than once.
Shuffle reorders the list, Sort puts it in alphabetical order.
Is the spin actually random?
Every spin draws from crypto.getRandomValues(), the browser's cryptographic random number generator, rather than a plain arithmetic shuffle.
Repeats are normal. Each spin is independent, so the same name coming up twice in a row says nothing about the next one.
